The location of the hotel is convenient, with several landmarks and shopping centers within walking distance. the helpful staff and the satisfying breakfast are notable features mentioned by guests. the rooms are spacious and equipped with a safe.

Some guests had issues with the cleanliness of their rooms and the lack of attention from hotel staff.

Great Location and Attentive Staff Had a fantastic, hassle-free time during my business trip in this hotel. the location was perfect! Just a few minutes of walk to the shopping centers, old city center, and the famous mammoth museum. What was even better was the staff who were very polite and friendly. They were always ready to assist with everything from directions to recommendations about where to dine. the breakfast was fabulous with a variety of options to choose from.

Room Temperature and Outdated Facilities Unfortunately, the downside of my experience was the temperature of the room, which was too hot and couldn't be regulated. the facilities were outdated and could use some renovations.

Great breakfast and friendly staff who speak some English. The location is ideal, situated within walking distance of local museums and the city center, which made for easy exploring. The room was comfortable and well-maintained.

The rest of the experience wasn't great. The cleaning was poor with only one service in three days, and we had to constantly ask for fresh towels and water.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The location in the very center of Yakutsk was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could ask for, including a kitchenette and a fridge. The free toiletries and slippers provided added a touch of luxury. The hotel also had free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, allowing me to relax and stay connected during my stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great location for exploring the city center and nearby attractions. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my luggage and finding affordable clothing for my trip. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.
